Gmail wont load standard view

the last few days my gmail wont load standard view. just goes to the loading screen and freezes. if i disable ad blocker plus, and then reload it work. then i enable ad blocker and while the browser is open it all works perfectly. it also effects my live mail page and cant navigate between inbox and things like spam/sent boxes. same fix is to disable adblocker plus and reload, the re-enable ad blocker plau. I absolutely HATE ads and dont want to get rid of ADP, so what might my solution be? any help would be great

-browser (and version)
-ABP version
-subscriptions (filter lists) enabled
-did you remove your custom filters and re-test ?
-what other extensions / addosn are you using ?
