Can't Install AdBlock Plus? (Package invalid)

Okay, so here's the deal:
- I got on Google Chrome today, & the Adblock Plus "was installed" appeared in a new Window.
- I followed the steps showed on "The page 'Adblock Plus has been installed' opens each time the browser is started"
- I removed it, following the steps
- Once I tried to re-install it, the error message I got says the exact following:
"Package is invalid. Details: 'Could not unzip extension.'"
With an "OK" button next to it.
- So I Google searched my butt off ! To no avail, I didn't find anything that matched my case which was weird because this is Google and I assumed someone might have the same issue as me, but I guess not ?
- So I went back to adblockplus.org & followed the rest of the steps which said to delete the "File System" folder in the Chrome folder of my computer, which I did.
- I attempted to re-install AdBlock Plus, but then got another message, saying something along the lines of...."NO_TEMP_FOLDER_TO_COPY_TO_" something about a temporary file to add the extension to.
- Once again, I Googled it, with no helpful findings related to my situation
I uninstalled Google Chrome, then re-installed it. Tried to install Ad Block Plus again, but got the same message that I got the first time about the package being invalid.
Help me please!
