Adblock Plus

It was working fine for months until today...
So far today it says 40,000 ads have been blocked which is definitely a glitch but also many ads have been coming up. The ads just appear as plain white as if it's been blocked except it's showing up as white boxes and such. Sometimes the sound to them comes on and I can't turn it off because it doesn't have the option. I use Chrome, by the way.
Please help me with this issue!

-browser version ?
-ABP version ? (go to into chrome://extensions to see it)
-filter lists used ? (click abp icon, options, see filter lists tab ==> if no list enabled click add "add filter subscription" and add at least easylist)
-does it happen only for few sites or for all ?
-an example site ?
