AdBlock Plus for FF 26.0 Ubuntu 13.10 NOT working on any page where it should despite making sure all relevant filters have been added

choose a page where does not work and submit an issue report and then post the report link here
include in the report the extensions/addons installed in firefox

You have added all relevant filters but have you downloaded flterlists?
