Element hiding helper shortcuts get partly localized

It looks like some of the shortcuts in element hiding helper get a conflict as they are dynamically changed after using localized texts (at least in thunderbird). For example in estonian locale both Lock (L) and Wider (W) share the same shortcut (L), as wider starts with the letter L in estonian. Can this be a bug in the localization file or is it in the code?
