adblock wont load

I go to adblockplus.org and when the screen prompts me to instal adblock , my computer then gives me the screen saying that website not available as im not connected to the internet. The internet is working fine, its just when I press this instal key this happens.
I use internet explorer any help would be great as Im being plagued by ads

As the download button works fine for me, I guess that you were facing the SSL issue that mapx linked. If that wasn't the case, please file a detailed issue at https://issues.adblockplus.org
