Adblock causes print preview and print to be blank

Using FF 23.01 (English-British) on Windows 7 , 32 BIT, SP1, all latest updates.
On some websites Adblock 2.3.2 causes Print Preview and Print to produce pages with no content except header and footer.
For example: http://www.theguardian.com/books/2013/s ... orld/print.
The problem goes away on disabling Adblock 2.3.2; or on unticking EasyList in Filter Subscriptions (the only subscription I have).
