Same issue

Under Adblock Plus Options

 I can't update

 × Enabled Liste FR+EasyList Failed, download failure

it's the same message with the other filters in list : Failed, download failure

Chrome Version 29.0.1547.66 m

ADP 1.5.5

Thank you

UPDATE

I Fixed It ! :D

Just uncheck Allow some non-intrusive advertising under Adblock Plus Options in Filter lists Tab

And everything will return back to normal

Cheers :D

Any progress on determining the possible solution to ads not being blocked on Chrome? I am using the most recent version of AdBlock plus on the most recent version of Chrome.

I was having the same problems but noticed that my filter list was removed from "Adblock Plus Options"

hi, i'm using chrome and have adblock pro installed (also adblock plus) and i haven't had a pop up problem so far. now i've moved house and suddenly, EVERY page I click opens only after I get a pop up ad. i've updated adblock's versions and it didn't do a thing. the buttons in the web bar are appearing and everything seems find, but alas it's not. what's up?

first, remove that ...adblock pro, keep only ABP
second, be sure you have at least easylist enabled ==> click aBP icon, options, filter lists tab, if you dont see easylist then click add filter subscription and add easylist

could be also your system is infected, scan using:

Please always add sample URLs and a detailed description of which ad is displayed where, maybe also a screenshot. As this thread most probably mixes up many different issues, please open a new one per actual website that still shows adds.
