AdBlock 2.4.1 breaks Facebook completely

Using Firefox 26.0 and came across auto-start videos in my Facebook newsfeed. Did a little research and came across AdBlock as a potential fix. Installed v2.4.1 and it seemed to work at first. However at some point it stopped allowing the page to auto-update and then when refreshing the page, it left a garbled version of the Facebook page that was completely unusable. Having recently enabled the browser add-on to Firefox, I tried disabling it and Facebook loaded again normally. Not sure if this is a bug in the add-on, or a Facebook issue, but not worth having if it has this affect.

try updating manually your filters. Are you using malware protection ?
