AdBlock Plus loses its settings on Yandex Browser

After the collapse and restarting the browser extension loses filter list (as subscriptions, and user filters - which is especially annoying).

Apparently, I cannot reproduce this issue with closing and reopening the Yandex browser (14.2.1700.12599 (fae6661)) with ABP 1.7.4
