Stuttering while scrolling in Chrome

I get flickering/stuttering/jumping with elements that stick to the top of the page as you scroll with threaded compositing in Chrome.

Go to http://kotaku.com/ and click on a few articles. The Kotaku logo and recommended stories on the left should jump while scrolling.

If I disable Adblock the issue goes away.
If Adblock is enabled and I explicitly disable threaded compositing in about:flags the issue goes away. If threaded compositing is left enabled the issue returns.
I tried the Adblock stable and development builds on Chrome Dev and Stable (it looks like in stable, threaded compositing is disabled by default, in dev it's enabled by default).

I wasn't sure if this was a chrome or adblock issue. Has anyone else running into this?

I cannot reproduce this with Chrome 33 and ABP 1.7.4. If the issue still exists, please report it with a detailed description of your environment at https://issues.adblockplus.org
