[Incomplete] Missing Vertical Scrollbars!

Since updating to the latest version of AdBlock Plus, the vertical scroll bar has gone missing, rendering it unusable to me. Also, the "Ad Blocking Rules" tab takes over the most of the screen and I can barely see my filters. I hoped that the Customizations would fix the problem, however, none of the selected customizations have any effect on any functions or choices (that I can see). It's a real problem because I can't use this program, which was SO GREAT before!

Where exactly? Maybe upload a screenshot to http://imgur.com/ to illustrate the issue.

The issue that the subscriptions list has a rather high minimal size has been fixed already (in Adblock Plus 2.0.3, to be released today).
