If you have any other addon installed that adds a nested/heirarchical context menu entry to the context menu, clicking on Adblock Plus: Block Image over an image results in nothing happening (no filter rule dialog box appearing). Most easily tested by enabling NoScript's context menu options, although it happens with ANY addon that adds a nested context menu entry.
Tested with Adblock Plus 2.0.1 and 2.0.2 and on Firefox 3.6.25 and 9.0.1.
