[CantFix] Filter Preferences dialog: Strange UI behavior.

Hi all,

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open the Filter Preferences dialog.
2) Open right filter list by clicking on the splitter.
3) Resize the dialog's right edge so that the three buttons on the right (Find, Filter action & Add filter) are clipped and hidden by the dialog's right edge.
4) Drag the splitter towards the dialog's right edge.
5) The splitter is not moving but the buttons pop out from the right.

os: win7 (Aero disabled)
firefox: 8.0

The main issue here was that the filters list wasn't resized when you resized the window.

If I do this the width of the filter list no longer persists. From what I can tell, this issue cannot be fixed without breaking filter list width persistence...

Thanks, I was about to report this. There was no 3376 build so I wasn't 100% sure.
