[Incomplete] In Firefox, Nitro PDF Creator hangs

I used Firefox to pay some bills online. When I tried to print the payment receipt using Nitro PDF, Firefox hung trying to issue the Create PDF pop-up box for the Nitro file name and folder. Print worked fine for an Epson printer using print preview. If I print anything but a receipt on Firefox with Nitro PDF the Create PDF box appears.

If I cancel Firefox when it hangs during the receipt print, the Create PDF box appears after Firefox terminates, but there is nothing to print and the print fails.

The receipt print using Firefox worked until I installed Adblock Plus this afternoon.

Firefox 8, Nitro Pro 7.

Too bad, I hoped that it was Firefox 3.6 (which would mean that the issue is fixed already). One more of those unexplainable plugin issues... I have been filing Mozilla bugs on them but not a single one has been resolved recently.

Just to check: Could you disable Adblock Plus in the Add-ons Manager (press Ctrl-Shift-A to open it)? Please verify that things work fine then. If they do, please install trash/testpolicy.xpi (this extension doesn't do anything but uses the same content policies mechanism as Adblock Plus). Does it cause the same issue?
