What does "Block annoying cookie banners" do?
Does preventing the pop-up mean that the site's default is used? The default is typically using all kinds of cookies. Do you block all of those cookies regardless of the banner response? Any difference between Free and Premium cookie blocking? Or ?

Hello,
Certainly! Let’s dive into the details of blocking cookie banners and explore the differences between free and premium options:

Blocking Cookie Banners:
Cookie banners are those pesky pop-ups that ask for your consent to use cookies when you visit a website. They’re legally required, but they can be quite annoying and often obstruct the content you want to read.
To block cookie banners, you have a couple of options
Super Agent: A free browser extension available for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. It automatically gets rid of cookie banners on most websites. You can customize which cookies you want to accept or reject.
uBlock Origin: Another extension that blocks annoyances, including cookie notices. You can enable its “EasyList Cookie” filter to hide cookie banners.
Note: Blocking cookie notices might prevent some websites from loading entirely.
Adblock Plus Premium
Adblock Plus Premium takes ad blocking to the next level with additional customizations and features.
Cookie Consent Cutter: With Premium, you can block cookie consent pop-ups. It removes the notification without any manual intervention.
Other Distractions: Premium also lets you block annoying site notifications, floating videos, newsletter pop-ups, and ignore survey requests.
No Better Ad Blocking: Ad blocking remains free; Premium enhances customization and convenience, not ad-blocking effectiveness.
No Contribution Page: If you upgrade to Premium, it prevents the contribution page from appearing during extension updates.
Remember, Adblock Plus Premium is available for desktop extensions (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Opera), but not for Safari or mobile devices. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
