Wildcard support for TLD and country code

Hi,
uBlockOrigin and AdGuard support wildcards for Top Level Domains and Country Codes, this makes it easier to write rules (e.g. google.* in stead of google.com, google.au, google.be etc). Does ABP support these also? When not would you consider this to add to ABP?
