Adblock Plus

Hi. Normally I would be able to block people's (disturbing) profile images on social media (Vaughn, Twitch, Youtube).

But now I can no longer block them all of a sudden? Why is this?

Is there a max limit?

I still am able to block game category images/thumbnails that I don't like seeing, but not profile pictures.
