What is being done for in video ads>> I have over 5 ad blockers and none are working. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

is there any solution to this? I'm having trouble blocking ads for all sites. I know there are scripts, but I don't know coding very well. I have a macbook pro 2019 if this helps.
