Pop-up print window is blocked

We have a user reporting that a print window won't open with AdBlock enabled. It is reproducible in AdBlock and AdBlock Plus version 3.8.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https://demo.velocitysoftware.com/zpro/index.shtml (If you do not yet have a Demo System userid, login with the userid of DEMOZPRO and password DEMODEMO to create one.)
2. When the main window shows up you should see the "Resource Summary Report". On the top-right is a printer icon. Clicking on that should open the print window but it doesn't open.
