Traffic from social and newsletter ignores whitelist

When I navigate to our website from a newsletter or social media, to our website which I have whitelisted, my ads are still blocked. When I refresh the page the ads suddenly do show up. How come?

Disable the current (stable) ABP (first: copy/save your custom filters) and then install last dev build:

I have no idea, but 2 days ago a developer added the last translations stuff, so I guess should be the next week
