Unblockable ADs & false Positives

I'm trying to download some files from XDA forums to fix my phone but even with Ad-blocker+ on its detects it, with it off it detects it, when I disable the extension itself, even restarting Chrome browser for good measure, it still detects it...This happens everytime I wan't to download a file from this domain.
Was hoping someone nice could help a noob out.
