[solved] Youtube slow initial video load

ABP version - 1.12.2
browser - Google Chrome 53.0.2785.116 m (64-bit)
OS - Windows 10 64 bit
I am using only the default settings for the above.

The problem I am having is that anytime i click on any video in youtube it takes about 30-40 seconds to load the video and after that it runs smoothly. I have noticed that this problem disappears when I disable ABP for the site.The problem is that then adds appear. I never used to have this issue until i reinstalled windows. I have the same setup on another machine and the issues is not appearing. Can anyone help me out
