What to do:

1. scan your system for malware / adware
use malwarebytes antimalware (free version) ==> https://www.malwarebytes.org/
and adwcleaner http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

2. some malwares could modify the HOSTS file ==> restore the default HOSTS file: http://www.thewindowsclub.com/how-to-se ... to-default

3. reset chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answe ... 4?hl=en-GB

4. doesn't work ?
uninstall chrome
reinstall from ==> https://www.google.com/chrome/

5. install adblock plus ==> https://chrome.google.com/webstore/deta ... fddb?hl=en

@ Mapx I do not know how coupon saver got installed, I can not delete it thru my extensions it says that it was Installed by enterprise policy. I then looked up the ID and tried to delete it in my registry, however I get a message that says it can not be deleted. I am not a techy person. I am the administrator of my computer, so I do not understand why I cannot delete it? Any feedback?

did you follow the steps in the link above ?

see in that page:
If you cannot remove the Coupon Server extension, and under the trash can you can see the “Installed by enterprise policy” text, then you will need to follow our “Remove Installed by enterprise policy extension from Chrome” guide.

I did follow the steps and thank you very much for sending them to me, they said to select developer, which I did, then write down the ID number, which I did and then find it in my registry, which I did and then it said to delete it. That is where the problem now lies. It will not let me delete the file. I get a message that says "unable to delete all specified values".

@Mapx I did. I did all of those things! I did however finally find out where coupon extension was hiding. Everything including the article you sent me said that the extension should be under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE >POLICIES>GOOGLE. This particular extension was not there it was under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>WOW6432NODE. I appreciate all of your help!! The extension is now removed and I was able to finally download Ad BLock!!!! Thank you again!!

What does this all mean? I as well get error has occurred- network failed.
