Adblock+ leaves space after removing advert banner

The advert banner atop the page is removed, however there is a gap between the content and top of the page.
I would expect to see the gap removed so the content appears right at the top.

Given that the height of the leaderboard (the container of the advert banner and the top menu) seems to be fixed, that's not possible using Adblock Plus.
