Adblock update pop up

Do this rarely LOL thats a crock considering its almost 4 years later and its still pumping out that spammy panhandler ad. Nonstop every update for 4 years is not rarely thats constantly. Somebody obviously needs to buy a dictionary. Not only that but whats this BS about allowing acceptable ads? So what you guys only block ads from companies that dont pay you?

We rarely do this but there have been various situations over the last few years in which we've been opening a new tab:

Two more years later, this is still a constant problem. None of my other Firefox add-ons has ever repeatedly shown an update adver-notification. There is a problem with the implementation fo Adblock Plus and I would really appreciate a fix. It should not repeatedly show the update message, regardless of any developer's reasoning about it. Other add-ons don't have this problem. That's enough evidence already that Adblock Plus is at fault and needs to be fixed. Thanks.
