Adblock transferred over profile?

So I have Adblock on my desktop Chrome profile and never get ads on my iPad Chrome or iPhone Chrome.. any coronation to that? I tried searching the forum but couldn’t find anything. I am only asking because I want to try to set it up for my gf’s tablet since that’s how we usually watch YouTube.

Chrome extension aren't available on iOS chrome for normal users (i.e., non-developers) as far as I know.
I suspect you may have an ad blocking VPN / DNS profile
