aliexpress.com as "others search engine"

I want to block aliexpress.com. I put in personal filters but not locked.

I have no malware because I tried on a clean copy of Windows XP in VMWare.

I think it may be because it is identified as "others search engine" in Chrome. For example, yahoo.com can not be locked.
