Can't donate via PayPal

When I click Paypal on your invitation to donate it takes me to https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr where I get Error 403

Today as well. Furthermore, an email to the address on the give us money page bounced, forcing me to find this forum in order to report the issue. The oldest one was from October, so I guess these guys really don't want our money that bad. Fine with me!
