blocking instagram feed ads on personnal account

Hello, for some weeks now I've been seing ads on the instagram feed of my personnal account.
This adblock guide at adlock.com/blog/how-to-block-ads-on-instagram says there should be no ads on the web version.
When I go into my account setting / Ads / Ads Activity / See feed ads / "An error occured. Please try again."
I did have an extension that enabled the mobile version on the web (to post stories) but I made sure it's turned off and deactivated.
What should I do next ?
