please does anyone know how to enable adblock on indivdual pages.hopefully have explained it good enough.

You have not explained it well enough. Your subject title and message are contradictory. If you want to disable Adblock Plus on certain pages, click the dropdown next to the ABP button and select Disable on this page only. If you want to enable ABP only on certain pages, that is not possible but isn't an issue in most cases.
