Adblock does not work on NNTP accounts

The extension says "not a remote page" and does not do anything. The problem is that NNTP articles can contain HTML and reference outside images.

Please go to about:config and change the value of extensions.adblockplus.localschemes - set it to "file imap mailbox nntp pop news". Does it help?

Thank you! It worked. Although I would expect removing "nntp" from local schemes to make it "remote".

Ok, I'll change the default setting then. Somehow I expected newsgroup pages to use the nntp: scheme, not news:, I should have checked...
