Are there any API's published for Adblocker?

Can adblocker be integrated to an application seamlessly? Please furnish details.

What do you mean by "API"? Maybe nsIContentPolicy - that's a way to be called whenever Gecko wants to load something (the interface used by Adblock and Adblock Plus). What application do you want to integrate it into?
