Can someone help me create a rule to block all ads by google, adsense, doubleclick

click ABP icon, filter preferences, at the bottom uncheck "allow some non intrusive advertising"

thanks for your reply, but I want to only block ads served by google.
In the UK google are not paying their fair share of tax and this is in my small way protest

you can disable from the acceptable ads all the whitelisting filters you want (only in ABP for firefox), see how-to:
