NSFW Cannot right-click on website

Hello

For the last few days I have been experiencing this annoyance on the website 4fuckr.com that I cannot right-click anywhere anymore. On the top of the page I instantly get the message "You can not use this feature while Adblock is enabled. Sorry."
Now, I realize this is probably the site's anti-ablock protection which forces users to deactivate adblock, but the weird thing is I always had adblock on that site and could still right-click.

I already tried it in a new Firefox profile but to no avail. The site still detects it. I also tried anti-adblock killer with Greasemonkey but no effect either.

I use Easylist Germany+Easylist as my filter subscription.

Basically, what I want to know, why all of the sudden I cannot circumvent the site's anti-adblock message anymore, and secondly, if there is something I can do to get it to work again?

ps: All of this started with the latest Firefox update a few days ago. I also downgraded again to try if it would work again, but it doesn't either.

Any ideas?
