Can't install Adblock Plus 0.6.1.1

I've tried to install the german single language version 0.6.1.1 of Adblock Plus, but it doesn't seem to be a valid install package. Could you please fix it Wladimir?

Try this:
Clear your history and cache, restart your Firefox and try again.
If this does not help, then that package maybe is really broken.

But anyway i have done this 3 times when i get that message, and always worked.
I think reason why i did get error message is, i did try to download it at the same time it was updated/uploaded.
