Block all Facebook comments – possible?!

is there a way to generally block all Facebook comments so that I can view any Facebookpage without distractions?
I just want to read the content of the site.

If there is a way, please let me know.

But sorry to say that it had no effect.

to be sure: you are talking about blocking / hiding the comments on the facebook.com pages or other sites (using the FB plugin for comments) ?

Hiding the comments on FACEBOOK ITSELF.
NOT on pages that are using FB features.
I tried it and it did unfortunately not work, but thank you.

sure, the filters above are working fine for me.
As I suggested, use EHH to create your own filters.
