Adblock Plus

It could be great to be able to disable/enable Adblock with a simple click as the middle click.
Currently the middle click opens the preference panel but for my part I'm more used to disable/enable adblock than open the preference panel.

I could be a new option to associate the middle click to an action :
- open preference panel(current action)
- disable/enable adblock
- ...

Another useful option (at least for me as I'm leasy) could be to auto refresh the active page once adblock is disable or enable.
