How do I get back to the suggested default

When I initially installed adblock it gave me the option of choosing a setting that already ahd different ads set up to be blocked, but I hit the wrong button I guess and I can't get back. I have uninstalled and reinstalled adblock multiple times. How do I get back to that?

From the Adblock Plus preferences, go to Filters > Add Filter Subscription. Choose a subscription from the drop down list or click View all subscriptions.
