That count lists how many elements have been blocked on a page and the second number is how many elements are actually on the page to begin with.
Every image, background image, frame, flash video etc count as an element. If you have a subscription and you're still seeing a 0 blocked but there are still advertisements on the page please report it on the forum so it can be fixed. Otherwise it's fine to see.

Well, you still want to see the content, don't you?

It would only display 100 out of 100 blocked if the page in question had 100 advertisements and nothing else on the page.
Look at it this way, if you checked your mailbox and found 10 pieces of mail, all of which were legitimate (bills, letters) you'd have 0 out of 10. But if you checked your mail the next day and found 5 legitimate pieces of mail and 5 pieces of crap that the mail service like to shove into your box (flyers, vouchers etc) it'd say 5 out of 10. If you had another day where all 10 pieces of mail were crap it'd be 10 out of 10. Same with elements etc on a web page, having everything blocked would indicate a crappy site, a few blocked would be a moderately crappy site, and nothing blocked means the site is more often than not, clean
Hope that helps.
