it is named "filter uploader", so what do you expect it to be?

Gee, ya' think? When one clicks the options tab on the addon labeled Adblock Plus Filter Uploader it prompts for Host, Username, Password. The question is what does one put in it? I've been using adblock for a very long time now and like it a lot. I am curious about this small window asking the above. I'm embarrassed that in all of the time I have been using this tool I haven't yet figured out what goes in that little box. Note: I am not a noob-just stupid about this one thing.

(to a remote location of your choice).

What exactly does that leave unclear?
