Request: Support comments in Exception Rules

I want to comment on every exception rule I add. However Adblock Plus doesn't allow me to do.
It would be great if you could add this feature.

You can precede every rule by a comment line if you want. Just start a line with a "!" and it will be a comment.

chewey, comments are automatically sorted into the regular filters. Which is an issue...

Oh, I didn't realise that. I should've tried that special case.
Agreed, that may be annoying if you rely on inline comments.
