Crashes after 393845 landed on trunk

The current nightlies cause crashes with ABP (even with no filters) and run OK with ABP disabled. This was after the landing of Bug 393845.
The current known crashes are
1) beta version of flash player from labs.adobe.com causes firefox to crash silently
2) using 9.0.47 flash player with ABP and visiting a flash site causes firefox to crash on exit
3) some crashes with java applets detailed in 395412
Even happen with the recent dev (september) build
