Disabling != Turning off

Post by GreatSlovakia »

On google experimental search there is a difference between turning adblock plus off and disabling it for www.google.com... guess that's quite bad. So I will report it in the bugs section, yet I would like to ask whether someone knows of any work arounds.

Thx, haven't looked on the forum for a while, yet I would like to ask whether there isn't any (technical) work around.

Unfortunately not.

You can bind every single of your element hiding rules to a specific domain, that would
prevent such a rule to act on another site - of course, this is not always feasible and
does not replace a real whitelisting.
