Adblock Plus

Hi, I got a pop up about a newer version of Adblock Plus and it automatically opened up a page in firefox.
Nothing wrong with that but now every time I go to a new Page/ Address, 2/3 of those pages I go to shake up and down repeatedly.

I'm not 100% sure that its adblock doing this or something else but when I disable/ Uninstall adblock every thing is fine.

Oh, sorry never mind that

I just disabled adblock and the shacking still occurred, not as frequently... but it was still shacking
