a couple (probably stupid) questions

So, ive got firefox 1.0.7, and adblock installed.... and it works great, except for a couple things...
I have a lot of websites that are flash based, and they just, dont show up. Like

I can see the tab in the upper right of the pages, showing where the flash would be... but its blocked. Is there some whitelist embedded code magic trick that i could add, or do i have a bunk filter in here? Ive listed my filters so if anyone notices anything crazy wrong, lemme know
Also, is there a way to toggle those "Adblock" tabs off? I have several pages with different flash compenents, so i have like 6 little adblock tabs floating around the webpage. Thanks for the help.
