Could you improve Adblock+ by adding a counter next to the text/icon so that one can see how many filters are on every page?

Anyway I think it'd be much more easy to see if the counter was visible, without any tooltip.

I think that this would clutter the user interface unnecessarily - that's information that is rarely necessary, so that a tooltip is exactly the right place for it. Also, having to display/update this information all the time instead of doing it on demand should be quite a performance killer.
