I would like to know if is possible to place a password,on adblock, so that my blocked pages are not changed by other users ??

Let me guess what you are trying to achieve - disallow users from visiting certain sites (like parental control)? If so, you are wrong here. First you are probably talking about Adblock here, not Adblock Plus (see Why was “Site blocking” removed?). Second, even though the author of BlockSite is considering this password issue, it is actually pointless - the user can deactivate the extension just as well.

Or is it something else you are trying here?

He wants to be able to require a password to be able to edit filters. Like the master password and deleting saved passwords.

No, requiring a password isn't his problem - it is his suggested solution (most likely the wrong one) to a problem he didn't tell us about.
