Restore Blockable Items in Firefox sidebar - a fix

No, not proper at all, not in any architectural sense. The topic is Blockable Items in sidebar. You seem to think my objection is whether the content is horizontal or vertical or even moveable. No, my objection is that you do not care to get the proper chrome window handle so your sidebar.xul loads/runs successfully in the browser element, be it #sidebar or #content or other, just your own pane.

I have one problem with the use of stylish for getting the blockable items on sidebar - it messes with the print preview window (it renders this windows unusable). I get about 2" of actual preview and rest of the page are the buttons.
I cannot imagine to be the only one with the same problem.
