Since installing the AdBlock Plus extension, I can't pay my bills using my on-line banking site. The problem starts when I click on "Make Payments" after choosing what bills to pay and entering amts. Their tech support said it was a pop up blocker. This is the only thing I've added/changed since last week when I was able to "make payments". I'm sure there is a way to make that page an exception but I haven't figured it out.
Thanks,
Monica

Locate the ABP icon(the red stop sign), simply middleclick it, if it greys out, then it means ABP is disabled.monicakm1 wrote:I'm sure there is a way to make that page an exception but I haven't figured it out.

Alternatively, there should be an arrow near the icon, clicking on that arrow also gives you an option to disable.
You enable ABP again by the same way.
What I think is even better, you can whitelist your bank site, just do like in this picture: http://adblockplus.org/images/8.gif
Then the icon should turn green on specifically your bank site.
Yes, http://adblockplus.org/en/tips?tip=effective_filter has information on how to find which filter is blocking something on the page.
